Job Description:

Perfaware is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our digital development team, which plays a pivotal role in the company’s business transformation initiatives and is essential to our clients’ e-commerce and digital transformation success. In this role, you will leverage your extensive hands-on experience in platform development to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in UI screen modifications, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration methodologies, ensuring successful project delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on hands-on platform development
Lead the customization of user interfaces and implement UI screen changes to enhance user experience, utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable development tasks
Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware solutions
Optimize Salesforce performance and scalability through effective architecture, data modeling, and best practices
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends, offering recommendations for enhancements and new technologies
Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, integrations, and development processes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including LWC and UI modifications
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Platform Developer, Advanced Administrator) preferred
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Order Management, B2B/D2C Commerce, etc.)
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (especially LWC), and SOQL
Experience with Salesforce integration tools (MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect, REST/SOAP APIs)
Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Experience in managing and mentoring technical teams
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Salesforce deployment processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
