Job Description

We are seeking a Manager, Salesforce Platform to lead the strategy, governance, and ongoing evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will own the platform roadmap, ensure scalable and well-governed solutions, and partner closely with business and technology leaders to maximize the value of Salesforce across the organization. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce platform expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership experience to guide platform development, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across the platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the Salesforce platform in alignment with organizational goals
  • Identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, streamline processes, and deliver measurable business value
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align platform initiatives with broader enterprise priorities
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, platform standards, and reusable capabilities that promote scalable and consistent Salesforce solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform in administration, platform management, or related roles
  • Experience supporting Salesforce environments with large user communities (500+ users preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and enterprise integration practices
  • Proven ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions
  • Experience working with cross-functional Salesforce teams that include architects, developers, and administrators
