This role will focus on Salesforce platform development and operational support, working closely with our operations and IT teams to support daily requests, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
Support daily operational requests and enhancements from the service operations team
Configure and enhance case management, workflows, automation, and platform features
Build and maintain Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components
Support Experience Cloud (Communities) configurations and enhancements
Troubleshoot production issues, analyze debug logs, and coordinate with development teams
Assist with platform stability, performance improvements, and system optimization
Work closely with internal admins, operations teams, and IT leadership to deliver enhancements
Requirements:
5-6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
Experience supporting DEV, UAT, and production environments and operational requests
