Job Description

This role will focus on Salesforce platform development and operational support, working closely with our operations and IT teams to support daily requests, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Support daily operational requests and enhancements from the service operations team
  • Configure and enhance case management, workflows, automation, and platform features
  • Build and maintain Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components
  • Support Experience Cloud (Communities) configurations and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot production issues, analyze debug logs, and coordinate with development teams
  • Assist with platform stability, performance improvements, and system optimization
  • Work closely with internal admins, operations teams, and IT leadership to deliver enhancements

Requirements

  • 5-6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Experience supporting DEV, UAT, and production environments and operational requests
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities
