We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce OMS Expert to lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of our post-purchase customer journey. As the technical heartbeat of our commerce operations, you will bridge the gap between storefront transactions and back-office fulfilment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end design of Salesforce OMS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/B2B), Service Cloud, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite)
Develop and optimize complex Flows for order orchestration, including payment capture, invoice generation, fulfilment routing, and returns/exchanges
Configure and manage Omnichannel Inventory (OCI) to provide real-time visibility across warehouses, stores, and distribution centres
Handle hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs to extend platform functionality beyond out-of-the-box capabilities
Design and maintain robust integrations using MuleSoft or middleware to sync data with third-party logistics (3PL) and shipping carriers
Audit existing OMS setups to identify bottlenecks in order processing speed or data synchronization
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2+ years of dedicated experience in Salesforce OMS
Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flow Builder
Strong command of Apex, SOQL, and LWC
Deep understanding of the Salesforce Core platform (Objects, Security, Sharing)
Proven track record in retail or e-commerce, specifically regarding shipping logic, tax calculations, and payment gateways
Salesforce Certified Order Management Administrator or Developer (Preferred)
