Job Responsibility:

  • Design and deliver end-to-end solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio tools (OmniScripts, DataRaptor, Cards Framework)
  • Contribute to full-cycle implementations, preferably in Communication Cloud or Health Cloud
  • Configure and customize Salesforce CRM modules including CPQ, Order Management, EPC, and CLM
  • Develop high-quality solutions using LWC, APEX, SOQL, Visualforce, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Lead technical design, perform code reviews, and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices
  • Support migration projects from legacy CRM platforms to Salesforce OmniStudio
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Requirements:

  • 7–8 years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration & development
  • Sound knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC, and CLM on OmniStudio
  • Experience with technical design and solutioning on Salesforce platforms
  • Exposure to Communication Cloud or Health Cloud projects highly desirable
  • Certifications in Vlocity/OmniStudio, CPQ, OM (required)
  • Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud PD1 or PD2 certifications (good to have)
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio development and configuration
  • Solid experience in Salesforce technologies: LWC, APEX, SOQL, XML/JSON, JavaScript, Visualforce
  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver outcomes on time, within scope and budget

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud PD1 or PD2 certifications (good to have)
  • Exposure to Communication Cloud or Health Cloud projects highly desirable
