Robert Half is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist for a contract engagement with one of our healthcare industry clients. This role is ideal for a marketing automation professional who excels at building, optimizing, and managing data‑driven campaigns within SFMC to support patient engagement, provider communications, and organizational growth initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio
  • Build and maintain dynamic, personalized email templates, automations, and customer journeys aligned with healthcare communication standards
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, analytics, and compliance teams to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions
  • Manage subscriber data, segmentation, and audience targeting to ensure accurate and compliant outreach
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and conversion
  • Ensure all communications adhere to HIPAA, privacy, and healthcare regulatory guidelines
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to data flows, automations, and integrations
  • Support ongoing platform enhancements, documentation, and best‑practice governance
