As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a Marketing Cloud Developer to join our Salesforce Practice in London. You will be a hands-on practitioner with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, responsible for designing, building and optimising multi-channel marketing solutions across email, journeys, automation and data. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver best-in-class personalised experiences at scale.
Job Responsibility
Design, build and deploy end-to-end customer journeys using Journey Builder
Develop and manage email campaigns using Email Studio
Build and maintain Automation Studio programmes
Manage subscriber data, lists, data extensions and segmentation logic
Develop and maintain Content Builder assets
Implement tracking, reporting and performance analytics using Marketing Cloud Intelligence
Work with Marketing Cloud Advanced capabilities
Support adoption of Marketing Cloud Next features
Collaborate with Data Cloud where relevant
Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud Connect and CRM data sync
Apply GDPR, data privacy and email compliance best practices
Troubleshoot campaign issues, data anomalies and journey errors
Contribute to technical design documentation
Support clients directly
Work collaboratively within Agile delivery teams
Requirements
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience in a consultant or developer capacity
Proficiency in Journey Builder
Strong Email Studio skills
Automation Studio experience
Content Builder proficiency
AMPscript and/or SSJS scripting ability
Contact Builder / Audience Builder
Marketing Cloud Connect configuration and Salesforce CRM data sync management
Understanding of email compliance, GDPR, suppression and consent management requirements
Experience with Marketing Cloud reporting, campaign analytics and performance optimisation
Must have Full UK Security Clearance (SC) or be able to attain it
Nice to have
Experience with Marketing Cloud Advanced (Personalization / Interaction Studio)
Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Next capabilities
Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) or other Marketing Analytics platforms
Ability to build and interpret marketing attribution models and campaign influence reporting
Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud
Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with third-party tools
Awareness of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
