Job Description

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce & Kantata SX Consultant to own the ongoing support, enhancement, and optimization of our Kantata SX implementation. The core implementation is complete; this role is focused on ensuring the solution continues to reliably support operations as business needs evolve. This position serves as the primary Kantata SX and Salesforce subject-matter expert, working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Delivery, Resource Management, and Operations. The consultant will evaluate business requests, design sustainable system solutions, advise on impacts and trade-offs, resolve issues, and ensure the implementation delivers accurate, decision-ready data and reporting for operational and executive leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the stability, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Kantata SX implementation
  • Partner with Finance, Delivery, Resource Management, and Operations to translate business requirements into effective system solutions
  • Evaluate enhancement requests, recommend best-fit configurations, and clearly communicate implications and limitations
  • Troubleshoot functional, data, and configuration issues across Kantata SX and Salesforce
  • Support onboarding of new teams, business units, and acquisitions into the implementation
  • Maintain and enhance reporting and dashboards covering utilization, financial performance, and delivery health
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the solution
  • Support user adoption through documentation, guidance, and targeted enablement
  • Coordinate with Kantata (vendor) for advanced support, issue resolution, and platform changes as required

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Kantata SX, including full-cycle implementations and post-go-live ownership
  • Proven experience delivering post-implementation support, optimization, and enhancements
  • Strong Salesforce expertise, including: Data model and object configuration, Salesforce Flows and automation, Validation rules and governance controls
  • Solid understanding of PSA processes, including: Resource planning and utilization, Project financials (revenue, cost, margin), Time and expense management
  • Experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Kantata SX
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and operate as a trusted system advisor
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Consultant) preferred
