Job Description

As our Salesforce & GenAI Builder you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform and other business application platforms, as well as architecting and deploying GenAI-powered solutions that improve and transform business processes. You will serve as a technical expert, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of our business application environment

Job Responsibility

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions – including Flows, Lightning Components and Apex classes/triggers – leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate and support your coding work
  • Architect and implement GenAI powered solutions on Salesforce, Google platform and other business application platforms to meet business requirements and improve existing processes
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems, GenAI services, and APIs using REST and SOAP
  • Work closely with global business users to understand their processes, challenges, and goals, and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the Salesforce environment
  • Maintain code quality and ensure best practices for development, implementation, and deployment are followed
  • Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, GenAI advancements, and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce implementer/business analyst
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce flows
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, architecture, and implementation best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
  • GenAI knowledge and enthusiasm: prompt engineering, LLM models and MCPs and AI-assisted development (e.g., using LLMs for code generation)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on understanding and improving business processes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong can-do attitude, passion for innovation, and a high level of self-learning ability

Nice to have

  • Development experience (Apex, JavaScript, Python, or similar)
  • SQL and SOQL knowledge
  • Knowledge of other new-gen technologies and platforms
  • Salesforce certifications
