Job Description:

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will get the chance to put your skills and experience into practice. You will get to play an important role in the team as you will take ownership of the functional aspects of each project ensuring the quality of the Salesforce solution. You will be involved beyond pure configuration: you will have the option to be in close contact with clients, helping them think proactively about their needs and goals.

Ensure quality of Salesforce solution
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals
Collaborate with Belgian and international organizations on Salesforce CRM projects
Listen to customer requirements and understand company processes
Develop deeper understanding of business challenges in marketing, sales and service
Challenge customers to understand their workflows
Contribute to analysis, solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, documentation, training and go-live of Salesforce projects
Support growth by contributing to pre-sales tracks and proposals

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a technical/functional role during multiple implementation projects
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce
Multiple core Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot)
Fluent in Dutch and English
Drivers license
Customer obsessed with good knowledge of CRM processes and trends
Strong communicator with analytical and curious mindset
Driven and enthusiastic team member eager to learn and grow

Nice to have:

Knowledge of French
Experience working on customers in Public Sector, Financial Services and/or Manufacturing Industries
Salesforce Industries certifications/accreditations and experience (Public Sector Solutions, Financial Services Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Omnistudio)
Experience as a project manager or scrum master (and/or certification)
