Requirements

Customer obsessed with good knowledge of CRM processes and trends
At least 5 years of experience in a technical/functional role during multiple implementation projects
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce and multiple core Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, …)
Experience working on customers in Public Sector, Financial Services and/or Manufacturing Industries is a plus
Salesforce Industries certifications/accreditations and experience are a plus (Public Sector Solutions, Financial Services Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Omnistudio)
Fluent in Dutch and English
Knowledge of French is a plus
