Job Description:

Salesforce Functional Consultant role involving transforming functional requirements into solutions, creating digital impact for organizations, and working on Salesforce CRM projects with Belgian and international organizations. The position requires understanding business challenges in marketing, sales and service, and helping customers leverage Salesforce to meet their strategic goals.

Job Responsibility:

Transform functional requirements into solutions
Create digital impact for organizations
Take ownership of functional aspects of projects
Ensure quality of Salesforce solutions
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals
Listen to customer requirements and understand company processes
Develop understanding of business challenges in marketing, sales and service
Coordinate with colleagues for successful project delivery
Contribute to analysis, solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, documentation, training and go-live
Support pre-sales tracks and proposals

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a technical/functional role during multiple implementation projects
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce with multiple core Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot)
Experience working on customers in Public Sector is a must
Fluent in Dutch and English
Strong communicator with analytical and curious mindset
Driven and enthusiastic team member eager to learn and grow
Possession of a drivers license to visit customer locations

Nice to have:

Knowledge of French
Experience working on customers in Financial Services and/or Manufacturing Industries
Salesforce Industries certifications/accreditations and experience (Public Sector Solutions, Financial Services Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Omnistudio)
