As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will get the chance to put your skills and experience into practice. You will get to play an important role in the team as you will take ownership of the functional aspects of each project ensuring the quality of the Salesforce solution. You will be involved beyond pure configuration: you will have the option to be in close contact with clients, helping them think proactively about their needs and goals.

  • Collaborate with Belgian and international organizations on Salesforce CRM projects
  • Listen to customer requirements, understand a company’s processes and develop a deeper understanding of business challenges in marketing, sales and service
  • Challenge a customer to understand why they work a certain way
  • Pick up responsibility for your part of the project and coordinate with colleagues
  • Contribute and/or take the lead in analysis, solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, documentation, training and go-live of the Salesforce projects
  • Support the growth of Inetum by actively contribution to pre-sales tracks and proposals

Requirements:

  • Customer obsessed with good knowledge of CRM processes and trends
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical/functional role during multiple implementation projects
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce and multiple core Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, …)
  • Experience working on customers in Public Sector, Financial Services and/or Manufacturing Industries is a plus
  • Salesforce Industries certifications/accreditations and experience are a plus (Public Sector Solutions, Financial Services Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Omnistudio)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of French is a plus
  • Experience as a project manager or scrum master (and/or certification) are a plus
  • Strong communicator with an analytical and curious mindset
  • Driven and enthusiastic team member eager to learn and grow
  • Possession of a drivers license to visit customers locations

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on customers in Public Sector, Financial Services and/or Manufacturing Industries
