Join us as a Salesforce Full Stack Developer Barclays where you will spearhead the evolution of our infrastructure and deployment pipelines, driving innovation and operational excellence. You will harness cutting-edge technology to build and manage robust, scalable and secure infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of our digital solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth
  • Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions
  • Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability

Requirements:

  • Very Good knowledge of Salesforce
  • Expert in Development of SFDC custom code (Apex classes, workflows, triggers, vf pages etc.)
  • Expert with Aura, Lightning components, Salesforce Screen Flows and Workflows
  • Good understanding of APIs
  • Experience in SFDC integration is a must
  • Exposure to Web Services, REST API/SOAP
  • Must have experience in lightning experience and lightning components
  • Should have experience in developing custom UI
  • Good knowledge of LWC
  • Good to have SFDC developer certifications
  • Good CI/CD knowledge
  • Ability to create and execute functional test scenarios

Nice to have:

  • Good communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to understand business needs, systems limitations
  • Ability on problem solving, especially on system response
  • Ability to translate technical designs into code
  • Good to have experience with DevOps tools, Gitlab will be preferable
