Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end solution design for Salesforce programs across FSC, Sales/Service, and Experience Clouds
Define enterprise architecture standards, security frameworks, and governance models
Translate complex financial business requirements into secure, scalable Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with CIO/CTO, InfoSec, and compliance teams to align architecture with organizational strategy
Architect FSC solutions including data models, advisor workspaces, client/household hierarchies, and referral tracking
Design industry-specific workflows for wealth management, banking, lending, and insurance
Oversee FSC customization and integration with core banking/financial systems
Define identity and access strategy across Salesforce and external systems
Architect SSO solutions using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, etc.
Integrate Salesforce with enterprise IdPs (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, ADFS)
Establish MFA, identity licensing, and user provisioning strategies
Define and enforce policies using Shield Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, and Field Audit Trail
Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOX, SOC2 and other industry regulations
Collaborate with InfoSec to embed Salesforce into enterprise cybersecurity strategy
Lead security reviews, threat modeling, and performance tuning
Guide development teams, consultants, and admins on architectural best practices
Conduct design authority reviews and ensure adherence to architectural blueprints
Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to technical teams
Partner with program managers and product owners to ensure delivery excellence
