Requirements
8+ years of sales experience in consulting or IT services, with a focus on Salesforce solutions in the Insurance or Hi-Tech industry
4+ years of enterprise sales and business development with multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Service, Experience, Analytics)
2+ years’ experience applying GenAI/AI technologies within Salesforce
Client-centric mindset: a track record of building trusted executive relationships and achieving revenue targets through consultative, value-driven selling
Preferred: Salesforce certification(s) and strong industry expertise
Exceptional communication skills that inspire both clients and teams
A consultative, results-oriented approach to solving complex client challenges
The ability to balance strategy and execution, influencing stakeholders while keeping an eye on delivery
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and escalation management skills
