This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our team, working closely with our Engineering and Support organizations.
Job Responsibility:
Day-to-day management and technical support of Salesforce
Operation and integration of Salesforce with Slack
Handling feature requests and maintaining existing system code
Working directly with Salesforce and Slack APIs
Gathering business requirements and providing technical solutions
Potential future ownership of automation processes
Managing specific Salesforce features and modules (Sales, Support, etc.)
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce — operation, customization, and integrations
Strong familiarity with workflows and API integrations (especially Salesforce to Slack)
Analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Experience working with or developing in Apex
High motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to have:
Experience building Salesforce-based portals
Familiarity with Service Cloud, Agentforce, or Einstein AI
Experience in fast-growing startups or with complex CRM environments
Exposure to third-party automation tools (like Make, Zapier, etc.)
