Job Description

The core function of the Salesforce Engagement Manager / Delivery Leader is to develop and manage full project lifecycle, scope, budget, timeline, resources, deliverables, issues and escalations while continually setting client expectations and transitioning to support after go-live.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and manage full project lifecycle, scope, budget, timeline, resources, deliverables, issues and escalations while continually setting client expectations and transitioning to support after go-live
  • Overall responsibility for Salesforce project success and customer success
  • Assist with project planning and other pre-sales activities
  • Lead pre-sales teams in development and execution of proposals including management of scope, schedule, budget and design
  • Lead project teams in development and execution of project plans including management of scope, schedule, budget and quality
  • Lead project teams in a hands-on fashion in regard to understanding and configuring Salesforce products
  • Optimize plans and resources to deliver maximum value to clients
  • Develop trusted adviser relationships with clients based on commitment to customer service and ability to craft solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Collaborate with project team and practice leader to bring thought leadership and the full force of Eigen X to your engagements
  • Coach, mentor and develop junior resources through leadership skills and hands-on teaching capabilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of overall work experience
  • Excellent written and oral interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail and desire to succeed
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • BA/BS degree in a technical, business or related discipline
  • At least one active Salesforce.com certification
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • 2+ years consulting experience, Salesforce.com or other CRM or SaaS solutions
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience
  • Basic understanding of Agile Methodology and Best Practices
