Salesforce Developer

• Lead end-to-end management of projects, including designing, scoping, and building new features or systems
• Collaborate proactively with project managers and team members to understand dependencies and develop solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing workflows
• Tackle technical challenges with a broad perspective, proposing scalable solutions applicable across multiple projects
• Rapidly acquire and apply advanced knowledge of Salesforce technologies and techniques to deliver high-quality results
• Brainstorm innovative approaches, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop advanced integrations to address high-level business needs

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Apex, Triggers, LWC framework, Process Builders, Flows, and system configuration
• Proven experience integrating large systems and custom products within complex Salesforce environments
• Software development background with familiarity in industry best practices, especially on an AWS stack outside of Salesforce
• Working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools such as Jira, GitHub, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce CLI
• Ability to deliver with excellence in an Agile setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
