We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to help optimize, enhance, and support our Salesforce environment. This role will partner closely with sales and business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce is configured and leveraged effectively to support processes, reporting, and integrations.
Job Responsibility:
Establish and promote Salesforce development standards and best practices
Administer and optimize Salesforce environments to support evolving business needs
Create and maintain data models, objects, and contact structures
Design, develop, and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards for business insights
Build and enhance workflow automation using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder
Configure and support integrations between Salesforce and AS400 systems
Work closely with Inside Sales teams to understand products, workflows, and sales scenarios
Lead and support Salesforce initiatives and enhancements from planning through delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of professional U.S. work experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Salesforce solutions
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications (required)
Demonstrated experience configuring Salesforce to align with business processes
Solid understanding of Salesforce administration and core platform capabilities
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models and relational databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively across teams and organizational levels
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
