We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations, with a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and deployment processes.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions based on business and functional requirements
Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components
Develop and manage custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using Salesforce DX and Git
Ensure code quality, reusability, and scalability by following Salesforce development best practices and conducting code reviews
Write efficient batch processes and triggers to ensure data integrity and performance
Support Salesforce release management, system upgrades, and production issue resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admin, QA, Business Analysts) to deliver reliable and high-performing solutions
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and development frameworks
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud knowledge is a plus)
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Expertise in Salesforce integration via REST/SOAP APIs and web services
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
Familiarity with Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Willingness to work in overlapping US East Coast time zones for meetings
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory)
Nice to have:
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud
Exposure to Agentforce platforms (nice to have)
Knowledge of third-party integrations and middleware tools
Salesforce Platform Developer II or Agentforce-related certifications (preferred)
Consistent academic record (10th, 12th, Degree) and stable career history with reputed organizations
