As part of the R&D team: create, design and implement state-of-the-art solutions used by our clients. Work directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team. Create guided flows using Omnistudio and Flows.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in IT or equivalent
at least 2 years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer
Basic understanding of Salesforce Platform
Solid understanding of software engineering concepts
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices
Good command of the English language, at least B2 level
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Availability for full-time employment
Readiness to travel (depending on the project, we work partially from the client side)
Ability to work in the European Union
Nice to have:
Software development best practices
Experience with Salesforce Solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Vlocity, Mulesoft and other
Salesforce Platform Developer or other relevant certification
Omnistudio
Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions
Teamwork skills and experience
Understanding of design patterns
Any of the following: Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS knowledge, Spring, or any similar hands-on experience
Ability to build lasting and positive relationships with the client and members of managed team
Additional languages, like Swedish, German, or French
