Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and Salesforce best practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Develop triggers, classes, batch processes, and scheduled jobs
  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (ERP, HRMS, external APIs)
  • Work with middleware tools where required
  • Perform data migration and data cleansing activities
  • Manage data imports/exports using Data Loader
  • Ensure data integrity and security compliance
  • Manage deployments using Change Sets / DevOps tools
  • Work with version control systems (Git)
  • Implement CI/CD processes using tools like Azure DevOps or Salesforce DevOps Center
  • Support sandbox management and release cycles
  • Implement role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies
  • Support audit requirements and access reviews

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model
  • Experience in deployment and release management
  • Good understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Availability for night shifts as needed
  • Flexible to work during US time to support customers
  • Flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to varying schedules

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory preferred)
  • Platform Developer II (good to have)
  • Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
