Job Description:

Wissen Technology is hiring for Salesforce Developer. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer (4+ years) to build front-end automation and workflow capabilities for a customer onboarding/offboarding process. The role involves creating screen flows, UI actions, and integration touchpoints that trigger MuleSoft workflows, while ensuring smooth user experience, error handling, and data consistency within Salesforce.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build screen flows, record-triggered flows, and quick actions for onboarding/offboarding workflows
  • Develop button-driven UI components that initiate operational processes from Salesforce account records
  • Implement Apex callouts, platform events, or REST integrations to interact with MuleSoft integration layers
  • Handle error messaging, UI feedback, and status updates within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with business and integration teams to translate workflow needs into Salesforce features
  • Ensure Salesforce configurations and flows follow platform best practices
  • Troubleshoot and optimize flows, callouts, and integration points

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Flow Builder, including screen flows and record-triggered flows
  • Knowledge of Apex triggers, callouts, and asynchronous processing
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, platform events, and integration patterns
  • Ability to design clean, user-friendly Salesforce UI interactions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience 4-8 Years

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
  • Experience with MuleSoft or API-led integration platforms
  • Experience building onboarding/offboarding workflows in CRM systems
