Job Description:

Our Clients Social Development team is seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to assist in the modernization of the Case and Care Management Solution currently in use. The selected candidates will play a key role in migrating and enhancing the NB Families application to the Salesforce platform, working within an Agile environment, and applying best practices throughout the development process.

Job Responsibility:

Skillset of an Intermediate/Senior Salesforce Developers to help in the modernization of the client application to the Salesforce Platform
Work in an Agile environment and be able to develop as well as suggest best practices as the development is completed

Requirements:

University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Recent programming and design experience - 8 years
Certified Salesforce developer. Provide proof of certification - 5 years
Experience in full lifecycle delivery using Agile - 5 years
Experience using programming languages such as Java, Javascript, php, C#, Apex - 3 years gained in the last 5 years
Experience on the salesforce platform including Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and Aura components - 3 years gained in the last 5 years
Experience configuring and developing for Salesforce Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud - 3 years gained in the last 5 years
Experience in Salesforce declarative development tools such as process builder, workflow rules and Flows - 3 years gained in the last 5 years
Experience using Agile tools such as Scrumworks, Jira, Git, Azure DevOps, etc - 3 years gained in the last 5 years
Experience with Salesforce Translation Workbench and multi-lingual implementations.- 3 years gained in the last 5 years
Experience designing and building IT solutions within government services, specifically in the Health and/or Social Services sectors
