Salesforce Developer

• Develop customised solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Build custom applications, workflows, and process automation using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Implement and maintain security and data integrity within the Salesforce environment
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and bug fixes to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and contribute to their growth and development
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends

• Bachelor's degree in (Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field)
• Relevant hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on custom development and integration
• Salesforce certifications Administrator, Platform Developer I are required
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative configuration
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and/or bulk APIs
• Solid understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Any other Salesforce certification is a plus
