The project focuses on building and evolving Salesforce-based enterprise solutions that support core Sales and Service workflows. You will act as a technical anchor within delivery teams, owning complex implementations and ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with modern Salesforce capabilities.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative tools
Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Perform code reviews and ensure quality, performance, and security standards
Coordinate technical work with offshore Salesforce developers
Support CI/CD pipelines, releases, and production stability
Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, and Integration teams
Participate in troubleshooting and continuous platform improvement
Requirements:
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce security model
Experience building and consuming REST / SOAP integrations
Understanding of asynchronous and event-driven patterns
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I
English level: B1+ (Intermediate) or higher
