Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions that deliver business value. You will collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and analysts to implement scalable, high-quality solutions while adhering to established development standards and best practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Visualforce
  • Translate technical requirements into functional, scalable applications
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and automation as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones throughout the development lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with technical governance, coding standards, and best practices
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and support defect fixes in a timely manner
  • Identify technical risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support deployment, release management, and CI/CD processes where applicable

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator (mandatory)
  • Strong experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, development, deployment, and system configuration
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience with integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and release management is advantageous
  • Public sector project experience is preferred but not required
  • Additional certifications such as Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, JavaScript Developer I, or Salesforce Consultant certifications are highly desirable
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines

Nice to have

  • Experience with integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
  • Public sector project experience
