Job Responsibility
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications and high-quality implementations
Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and third-party platforms
Apply enterprise-level development practices including source control, code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines (Copado preferred)
Configure Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, advanced security models, and Lightning App Builder
Support data modeling, data quality, and reporting needs across business units
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues
ensure timely follow-through and documentation
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and daily standups
Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI-driven capabilities, platform enhancements, and industry best practices
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Comcast's Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and long-term scalability
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate innovative software solutions that align with business needs
Conducting analysis of system requirements and the customization of applications to ensure optimal functionality
Assisting with the software update process for existing applications and roll-outs of software releases
Mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and shared knowledge within the team
Engaging with Quality Assurance to verify that software meets technical specifications and delivering high-quality, reliable applications
Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in software applications and systems
Synthesizing market research and industry trends to inform project strategies and enhance product offerings
Conducting training sessions for operational staff to ensure effective use of internally developed applications
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
REST/SOAP web services
Salesforce Experience Cloud (Required) and Sales Cloud (required) and at least one of: Media Cloud, Service Cloud
Proven ability to design and implement complex configurations and custom solutions
Experience with GitHub and CI/CD tools (Copado preferred)
Experience integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft and external systems
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Nice to have
Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II
Experience in Media, Advertising, or large-scale enterprise environments
Familiarity with architectural frameworks and enterprise governance models
