Job Description

The project focuses on enhancing and maintaining the company’s Salesforce platform, working closely with experienced Salesforce engineers. You will contribute to building scalable solutions, improving platform capabilities, and integrating Salesforce with external systems. The environment emphasizes best practices, code quality, and continuous platform improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain Apex classes and triggers
  • Build and enhance UI using LWC, Lightning App Builder, and SLDS
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (AWS, DocuSign, REST APIs)
  • Write and maintain unit tests (Apex / Jest)
  • Follow Salesforce best practices for development, documentation, and version control
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams
  • Continuously improve and refactor platform components

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and SFDX
  • Experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Understanding of Salesforce security and data governance (profiles, roles, sharing rules)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle (sandbox, deployment, release management)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
  • Availability to work with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) overlap (at least 4 hours daily, including availability until 2:00 PM EST)
