We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Delivery Director to oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce programs, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives. You will report to the Head of Delivery and Governance within our practice. The ideal candidate will already be doing a similar role, will come with extensive expertise in Salesforce transformation, a blend of technical ability, whilst demonstrating exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and delivery across global teams, a client centric and creative mindset in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Job Responsibility:
Provide leadership and management for client delivery programs and prospect client pre-sales engagements
Extensive experience in managing complex Salesforce transformation programs
Extensive experience in managing multiple teams and workstreams across the globe
Deep understanding of Salesforce's latest features and industry best practices
Oversees multiple complex projects simultaneously
Mentors and leads teams of delivery managers and technical consultants
Drives strategic decision-making and problem-solving
Creates and drives Project/Product Roadmaps and Go To Market Strategies
Handles complex client escalations and negotiations
Focuses on long-term strategic goals and business outcomes
Project oversight, manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring projects meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget
Team leadership, build and nurture high-performance teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
Client collaboration, working closely with clients to understand their needs, communicate project progress, and manage expectations
Risk management, identify potential risks in projects and implement proactive measures to mitigate them
Stakeholder communication, serve as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
Roadmap development, create and maintain project roadmaps that align with client goals and objectives
Leading the overall delivery team to deliver the Salesforce solution which could be across multiple Clouds (i.e. Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Revenue Cloud....)
Lead effective agile/scrum teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions
Ensuring that the solution accurately reflects and meets the defined expectations of the business
Identify and confirm risks/issues and appropriately manages and develops mitigating approaches
Follow and understand new Salesforce product and capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
Manage the detailed level of effort estimates and translation to commercials for proposed solutions
Coach and mentor team members
Support in interviewing prospective candidates
Requirements:
Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) across delivery within the Salesforce ecosystem
A minimum of 10 years in managing large-scale Salesforce projects or programs
Proven track record of leading and managing global teams
Salesforce expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders effectively
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among team members and clients
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during project execution
Tools and Process: Familiarity with commercial models, agile methodologies and project management principles
Salesforce certifications across the 360 are highly desirable
Salesforce commerce cloud and Retail Industry experience are highly desirable
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth and delivering client value
