Job Description:

We’re looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Administrator to join our diverse, talented and innovative digital technology team who together are helping our customers and communities build a better future. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide day-to-day administration, BAU Support, and deployment management for Salesforce Platform including Data Cloud
  • Ensure platform stability, data quality, and operational readiness
  • Manage ingestion, monitoring, governance, and deployments using tools such as Data Kit and GitLab
  • Work on Salesforce platform development (Apex, Visualforce and Lightning)
  • Maintain operational runbooks, configuration guides, and deployment instructions
  • Contribute to process improvements, deployment automation, and BAU efficiency
  • Help with minor configuration changes and environment refreshes
  • Monitor ingestion jobs, job failures, and platform alerts
  • Investigate and resolve issues impacting downstream users or reports
  • Administer and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud configuration and environments
  • Monitor and manage data streams, ingestion schedules, data mappings, calculated insights, and segments
  • Troubleshoot data ingestion, activation, and pipeline issues
  • Apply access controls, privacy, and consent configurations
  • Support audits, compliance activities, and adherence to enterprise governance standards
  • Validate data for downstream Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Analytics, AI use cases)
  • Support Data Cloud deployments across development, test, and production environments

Requirements:

  • Salesforce platform administration background with experience administering Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data models and platform architecture
  • Experience with Data Kit for deployments, data migration, and environment management
  • Proficiency in GitLab pipelines for deployment and version control
  • Background in monitoring and supporting enterprise data platforms in BAU/run-state mode
  • Familiarity with release management in enterprise Salesforce environments
  • Understanding of data ingestion, transformation, and harmonisation
  • Background with ITIL/BAU processes, change and incident management
  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
  • Good communicator who can collaborate with DevOps, Developers, SI’s, Admins, and Specialists

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Data Cloud Consultant is highly regarded
  • Understanding of Service Cloud or other Salesforce clouds is desirable but not a dealbreaker
