Job Description

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Data Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Responsibility

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from Salesforce and integrated systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards
  • Support data migration and integration activities during Salesforce implementations
  • Document data models, data flows, and reporting logic for transparency and maintainability
  • Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning for analytics-related tasks
  • Complete mandatory training and maintain certification levels
  • Identify and raise potential risks related to data quality or reporting accuracy

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence within Salesforce environments
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics or similar BI tools
  • Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and reporting capabilities
  • Familiarity with data migration, cleansing, and integration processes
  • Familiarity with SQL and data querying techniques
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) Certifications
  • Additional certifications in data analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
