A Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) professional designs, implements, and manages unified customer data profiles by connecting disparate data sources into Salesforce. Responsibilities include building data streams, modelling data, implementing identity resolution, and enabling real-time, AI-driven segmentation and activation across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
