In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the strategic planning, orchestration, and seamless execution of enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives. Job Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce CRM implementations, maintaining strict control over scope, timelines, deliverables, and financial forecasting using advanced enterprise portfolio management software
  • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies—including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives—while collaborating closely with Product Owners to optimize backlog health and release schedules
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical architects, and executive leadership, delivering transparent status reports and facilitating steering committee evaluations
  • Direct day-to-day operations with external systems integrators and managed service providers, monitoring performance metrics and ensuring accountability to contract commitments
  • Oversee risk mitigation strategies, compliance protocols (such as SOX requirements), cutover coordination, and post-launch hypercare phases to guarantee smooth operational deployment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 5 to 7+ years of dedicated project management experience steering large-scale enterprise application deployments, with a proven track record specifically in Salesforce CRM or major SaaS implementations
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid frameworks, with a demonstrated ability to unblock teams and maximize delivery velocity
  • Solid background coordinating matrixed, cross-functional teams and managing tier-one external vendors
  • Exceptional English communication and stakeholder management skills to interface across diverse business units
