Job Description

As part of a high-performance, fast-moving, and collaborative GTM Operations team, our Salesforce CRM Manager will support and drive all related CRM projects and processes. This role will help guide the business to improve processes and efficiency in Salesforce, and will elicit, document, and analyze requirements around business challenges, and then produce data-driven solutions. Accountable for on-time, high-quality software project deliveries, including Analysis, Design, Development and Quality Assurance.

Job Responsibility

  • Support, administer and maintain day to day CRM operations
  • Understand business needs: Help with the drafting of the specifications, participating in the framing of the Salesforce project
  • Analyze and Report CRM specific data, becoming a SME to those analyzing Funnel/Pipeline information
  • Develop and support in the creation of user guides and training materials for any significant releases
  • Enhance Go-to-Market (GTM) efficiency by solving sales funnel bottlenecks with technology
  • Leverage AI in Sales Process, including identifying, evaluating, and implementing Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Be the voice for sales in building and maintaining our Salesforce architecture in partnership with Business Technology (BT)
  • Measure the impact of initiatives to support overall platform efficiency
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders and senior leadership on technical solutions to business challenges and opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, or other related field required
  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as Salesforce administrator or CRM manager required
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce CRM in the past, or equivalent certifications
  • Previous experience with CRM deployments at a SaaS company
  • Ability to execute projects and tasks with minimal guidance and supervision
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
