The Salesforce CPQ Technical Lead role at NTT DATA requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ and 8 years in IT. The candidate should possess at least 5 Salesforce certifications and have a strong background in pricebook management, product configuration, and data migration. Responsibilities include developing Salesforce CPQ solutions, managing quote outputs, and ensuring compliance with project standards. Candidates with experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and related technologies will be preferred.
Job Responsibility:
Develop OOB solutions using Salesforce CPQ functionality & receive guidance & direction from the CPQ Solution Architect
Translate simple to complex user stories into functional and actionable CPQ features within the Salesforce environment (consulting with CPQ SA)
Participate in daily stand ups, team status meetings, bug reviews and triaging and contribute information to status, risk, and issue reports
Ensure functionality is delivered per the SOW, identifying deviations and communicate to project leadership
Follow all project standard operating procedures (SOP) related to time reporting, DevOps, reporting status, updating PM/ticketing system for assignments, bugs, events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, templates, and price rules
Requirements:
Minimum 6+ years experience in SFDC CPQ
Minimum of 5 Salesforce Certifications
Minimum 6 years Salesforce consulting experience w/min. 8+ years in I.T.
Minimum of 5 E2E project in the CPQ space
Minimum 6+ years of operational experience with complex price books, discount and contracted pricing, contract, and renewal management
Minimum 6+ years experience with developing quote output templates, price, and product rules
Experience with product and pricing data migration using Data Loader
Experience in Custom Objects, Custom Tabs, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Page Layouts, Record Types, Lookup Relationship, Master-detail Relationships
Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
Sales Cloud Certification
Prefer 6+ years experience in CPQ space (any CPQ platform)
6 years experience with Salesforce
8 years experience in IT/cloud systems
Experience Providing Security controllers to users by using Profiles, Roles, Permission sets and OWD Setting
Experience with Reports & Dashboards, SOQL & SOSL
Experience with Quote Calculator Plug-in (QCP), Java Script or Apex in relation to QCP
Flexible with working hours and give half day coverage to US based customer in (PST/EST.CST time zone)
Nice to have:
Any experience with Salesforce CPQ APIs, Lightning components, communities/partner experience & Aura a nice to have
Any experience with implementing CPQ via portals is a nice to have and a definite bonus
