Minimum 5 years of QA experience in Salesforce/Copado
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing across functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing
Experience with Copado Explorer and/or Copado Robotic Testing
Ability to create test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, test data, and test execution reports
Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, data model, security model, profiles, roles, permission sets, validation rules, workflows, flows, and approval processes
Experience testing Salesforce integrations with external systems
Experience in defect logging, defect tracking, defect retesting, and defect lifecycle management

Identify, log, track, and retest defects using standard defect management tools
