ELEKS is looking for a Salesforce Consultant in Poland, Croatia, Ukraine. Our client from the UK is a global company operating in the metals and materials industry. The organization supplies a wide range of products that are used across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, technology, automotive, and healthcare. Our team is responsible for developing and supporting internal applications used by the department that manages the company’s commercial operations related to its core products.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a Salesforce Consultant translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
Gather and analyse business requirements in collaboration with end-users and stakeholders
Visualize and document business processes, user journeys, and system interactions (e.g. in Figma)
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, permissions, and automation
Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate business processes
Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations and enhancements
Write user stories, functional documentation, and specifications for Salesforce changes
Analyse Salesforce data structures, field dependencies, and automation logic
Test configurations, automations, and flows before deployment
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage stakeholder feedback
Implement or review basic Apex logic when configuration alone is insufficient
Debug and stabilize automation across Flows, validation rules, and Apex
Support data transformation, reporting, and dashboard creation (including Revenue Intelligence)
Participate in process discovery and workflow optimization initiatives
Coordinate delivery across business, IT, and compliance stakeholders
Manage backlog items and collaborate with delivery teams in Agile environments
Participate in deployment planning and environment coordination
Requirements:
3+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform in a Consultant or Administrator role
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, permissions, automation)
Strong experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows
Basic knowledge of Apex and ability to review or implement simple logic when configuration is not sufficient
Experience working with Salesforce data models, field dependencies, and automation logic
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into system solutions
Experience writing user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
Business Analysis skills, including working with end-users to elicit requirements and validate solutions
Experience visualizing business processes and user flows using tools such as Figma
Experience coordinating work across business, IT, and compliance stakeholders
Experience managing backlog and delivery boards in Agile environments
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps or related tools)
Understanding of Agile delivery practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 Suite
