We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support international CRM transformation initiatives. In this role, you will combine business analysis, solution design, and hands-on configuration work to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, leading functional streams, and driving end-to-end CRM delivery in Agile environments.
Job Responsibility
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams
Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and backlog items
Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business processes and customer needs
Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities
Collaborate with architects and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Support end-to-end project delivery across: analysis, solution design, configuration, rollout, and stabilization
Guide Product Owners and support backlog prioritization and structure
Coordinate functional workstreams and mentor less experienced consultants
Act as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Strong experience delivering Salesforce or equivalent CRM projects
Proven expertise in: Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce Service Cloud
Experience across the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to rollout
Strong Business Analysis and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on configuration experience and understanding of Salesforce best practices
Ability to design end-to-end CRM solutions aligned with business objectives
Experience working as a Lead Consultant or Functional Lead
Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional environments
Fluent English skills (C1 level required)
Nice to have
Experience within the Energy & Utilities sector
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe
Exposure to AI and automation capabilities within CRM ecosystems
Dutch language skills
