7+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing
At least 3 years in a systems or platform ownership role
Cross-channel MarTech experience spanning both lifecycle/CRM (email, push, in-app, SMS) and acquisition tech (MMPs, ad platform integrations, attribution, privacy/consent compliance)
Deep technical proficiency with enterprise marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Hands-on experience with platform configuration, data integration (APIs, JSON, ETLs), and system design

Architect self-service systems that enable Marketing to independently execute high-quality campaigns — with strong adoption, documentation, and governance
Lead complex MarTech solutioning for advanced use cases, including real-time personalization, cross-channel orchestration, experimentation frameworks, and emerging channel capabilities
Partner closely with Comms Platform Engineering — translating Marketing needs into build requirements and leveraging deep 3P expertise to shape scalable 1P solutions
Extend MarTech foundations to Acquisition, supporting paid media execution, attribution, and compliance across the full funnel
