Sales & Service Cloud Development: Develop and enhance Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionality, including automation, case management, workflows, and Lightning Web Components that integrate with Experience Cloud
Technical Design & Documentation: Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs. Maintain robust documentation, reusable frameworks, and alignment with architectural standards
Integration and Data Management: Build and maintain integrations between Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, SAP, and other Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing).
