The Role: We are seeking a Salesforce Client Success/Delivery Manager to serve as a strategic leader across one or more key client accounts. This individual will own delivery excellence, drive client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to expand our partnership. This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, delivery leadership, and talent alignment, ensuring the right teams are deployed to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions at scale.
