Job Description:

Our federal government client is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Salesforce Business Architect to work in their ICT solutions team.

Job Responsibility:

Enhance the business architecture based on the Agency goals and objectives
Apply architectural principles to business solutions
Liaise with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technology consultancy
Represent Salesforce Business architecture in business planning sessions
Liaise with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to ensure expected business outcomes are achieved
Work with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to develop end-to-end solution designs in line with business requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification
At least 7 to 8 years of experience working in similar role in large scale Salesforce CRM implementations
Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
Experience working on cloud-based projects, including working with digital transformation teams, UX/UI designers, and assistive technology enabled (Accessibility Compliant) applications
Familiar with deployment in public and private government approved cloud and associated security considerations
