Job Description:

CRM Science Salesforce Analysts are Consultants with Unique Skillsets. They work with our clients to analyze their business needs and application design requirements, then document the client's business requirements, user stories, specifications, training materials, and other project support documentation.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze business needs and application design requirements
Document business requirements, user stories, specifications, training materials, and other project support documentation
Collaborate with architects, developers, and clients in defining processes, identifying requirements, and creating documentation
Provide analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to help clients adopt new ideas and adapt to change
Assist clients to identify process improvements and recommend system changes
Research and recommend Salesforce-based solutions, including third-party applications
Provide end-user training and create supporting material and documentation
Manage multiple projects concurrently and quickly assess and adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and exceed end-user expectations

Requirements:

Certified Salesforce Administrator
Certified Business Analyst
2+ years of experience
Must be a US resident
