Job Description:

Circle K is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our global Salesforce team. This role involves implementing Salesforce Service Cloud in North America, customizing and maintaining Salesforce according to business needs, and providing expert-level user support. The ideal candidate is certified, experienced with Service Cloud, and has strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Implement Salesforce Service Cloud in our North American Salesforce instance
Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce to meet business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Salesforce features
Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions
Conduct training sessions for end-users and ensure ongoing system adoption
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Salesforce environment
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate with project teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with a focus on Service Cloud
Salesforce Administrator Certification is required
Project Management experience is a strong asset
Experience in office365 especially PowerPoint and Excel
Interest in learning about business processes and systems
Ideally previous experience with project roles, but not required
Excellent English oral and written communication skills – other languages is a plus.
