Job Responsibility:
Support the project team with day-to-day delivery activities
Gather and document business requirements
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
Take ownership of RAID logs and action tracking
Work closely with internal and external Salesforce administrators
Support Agile delivery processes and project coordination
Help bridge the gap between business users and technical teams
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Junior PM/BA role
Experience working with Salesforce / CRM platforms
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing RAID logs, actions, and project documentation
Comfortable working in Agile environments
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
