Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to join our global Salesforce team. If you are passionate about Salesforce, excel in fast-paced environments, and have a knack for problem-solving, we want you on board.

Job Responsibility:

Implement Salesforce Service Cloud in our North American Salesforce instance
Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce to meet business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Salesforce features
Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions
Conduct training sessions for end-users and ensure ongoing system adoption
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Salesforce environment
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion if experienced
Coordinate with project teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines

Requirements:

A valid work permit from the EU/EEA
3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with a focus on Service Cloud
Salesforce Administrator Certification is required
Project Management experience is a strong asset
Experience in Office365, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Analytical, structured, and commercially astute
Pro-active, and flexible with a positive can-do attitude in a fast-paced business environment
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
