We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to join our global Salesforce team. Job Responsibility

  • Implement Salesforce Service Cloud in our North American Salesforce instance
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Salesforce features
  • Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and ensure ongoing system adoption
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Salesforce environment
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
  • Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion if experienced
  • Coordinate with project teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines

Requirements

  • A valid work permit from the EU/EEA
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with a focus on Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required
  • Project Management experience is a strong asset
  • Experience in Office365, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Analytical, structured, and commercially astute
  • Pro-active, and flexible with a positive can-do attitude in a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
