Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst who can also wear the Scrum Master hat. In this role, you’ll work closely with business teams to uncover needs, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and help the team deliver those solutions using Agile practices. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and guiding a team to success, this could be a great fit for you. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of CPQ processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
  • Conduct gap analysis and develop functional specifications for CPQ solutions
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and work with development teams to implement solutions
  • Support UAT and help with training and adoption to make sure the solution sticks
  • Lead sprint ceremonies—standups, planning, retrospectives, and backlog sessions
  • Work with the Product Owner to keep priorities clear and achievable
  • Encourage Agile practices, coach team members, and keep delivery transparent with metrics and reports

Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (required)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) (required)
  • Experience – 7 to 8 years
