Salesforce Architect

• Oversee the architecture and lifecycle management of the Salesforce platform, including version control and release strategies
• Design scalable data models, metadata frameworks, and configuration patterns to support multi-customer environments
• Establish and enforce development standards for technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, and Custom Metadata
• Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to align roadmap priorities with platform capabilities
• Implement controlled feature rollouts with backward compatibility across product releases
• Develop technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, design artifacts, release notes, and implementation guides
• Directly contribute to platform development using Apex, Flows, and automation tools
• Architect and refine CI/CD pipelines and GitHub environments for reliable deployments
• Design AI-powered features for workflow automation, intelligent routing, and case management
• Define secure practices for AI integration and data governance within the platform

• 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development
• Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Apex, APIs, Flows, and security practices
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Managed Package development and multi-org environments
• Strong ability to lead and collaborate with internal and distributed engineering teams
• Familiarity with delivering enterprise-level SaaS solutions and scalable platforms
• Excellent communication skills to engage with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams
• Salesforce Platform Developer II or Application Architect certifications preferred
